CORBETT-McCULLOCH, Bernice Joyce, age 60, of Belmont, Hants County passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at home. Born on August 13, 1953 in Wolfville, Kings County she was a daughter of the late Florence Parker and stepfather Ralph Wilson. Bernice loved doing crafts and baking in her earlier years. She enjoyed dancing, Saturday night jam sessions at home, family gatherings and last but not least her computer. Surviving are husband, Rodney; daughter, Tammy (Chris) Pinch, Hortonville, Kings County; sons, Kenny (Barb), Lower Burlington, Hants County; Christopher (Jelahn), Newport Station; grandchildren, Mistee (Richard), Dustin (Katie), Brandon, Tyler, Jason, Lucas, Amanda-Lynn, Austin, Jayden, Jaxson; great-grandsons, Dawson and Magnum; brother, Ronnie (Heather) Parker, Wolfville; sisters, Maryann (Link) Pinch, West Brooklyn; Donna Joslin, Dartmouth ; Joan McDougall, New Minas; uncle, Albert (Lois) Schofield, Greenwich; her in-laws, who were there for her, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by mother, Florence Parker; stepfather, Ralph Wilson; granddaughter, Baby Rachel; brother-in-law, Lloyd McDougall; in-laws, Eric and Mildred McCulloch. Memorial service was held 2 p.m. Monday, November 4, 2013 in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home (902-798-2232), 194 King Street, Windsor. Rev. Garnet Parker officiated. Donations in memory were requested to be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia; Victorian Order of Nurses or the Canadian Red Cross.
