NEAL, THOMAS HARVEY - March 11, 1945 - November 1, 2013 - On Friday, November 1, 2013 at the age of 68, Thomas Neal from Port Elgin, New Brunswick passed away due to heart failure. He leaves to mourn his children, Kelly-Anne Oskrdal (Jerry) and Christopher Neal, his grandsons Zach Oskrdal and Josh Oskrdal (predeceased), his sister Sherrill Lacombe (Larry), nephews Patrick and Christopher Lacombe and grand-nieces.
