The death occurred at the Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home on Monday, September 29, 2008, of Dr. Harold P. Stewart of Charlottetown, age 89 years. Beloved husband of Beryl (Furness). Dear father of Robert (Cindy), Beryl (Allan) Chandler, Joyce (Rick) Vaive and Gordon (Marie). Grandfather of nine grandchildren. Brother of Evelyn (the late Carl) McLure. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment in Vernon River Memorial Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to the Vernon Memorial Cemetery would be appreciated. Mizpah Masonic Lodge will hold a memorial service at the funeral home on Thursday at 8:45 p.m. All brethren are asked to attend.
