It is with heavy hearts we regretfully announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt on November 9, 2013, at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, while surrounded by her loving family, Evelyn Critch, of Gaskiers, S.M.B., aged 63 years. Predeceased by parents Patrick and Louisa Critch; brothers: Anthony, Hilary and Mose, sister Matilda, brother-in-law Mose and sisters-in-law Madonna and Cynthia. Leaving to mourn with happy, loving memories, her devoted son, Craig (Charlene), precious granddaughter Meghan (Matt), sister Mary Ellen Tobin; brothers: Aiden, Hubert, Felix (Mary), Arnold (Lidwina) and Gabe (Helena), very special nieces Uriel (Nick) and Ethel and nephew Curtis (Sylvia) who spent endless hours in her company, sister-in-law Imelda Critch and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, including her co-workers and residents of Neville’s Personal Care Home. Resting at Gibbons’ Funeral Home, St. Mary’s, on Tuesday, November 12, from 7 – 9pm, Wednesday, November 13, 12 – 4pm; 7 – 9pm and Thursday, November 14, 10am – 12pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, at 1:30pm, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, St. Mary’s. Burial to follow.
