We, the family of Rick Dobson wish to express our thanks to everyone for their kindness and support after Rick’s untimely passing. We very much appreciate all those who called, visited, brought food, gave Mass and sympathy cards, floral arrangements, monetary gifts and memorial donations. Thanks to those who travelled short and long distances to be with us. Sincere appreciation is also extended to the paramedics for their quick response and assistance and to Chant’s Funeral Home for their compassion and professionalism. We also wish to extend thanks to Rev. Brenda Drake who presided over a meaningful celebration of Rick’s life and to Martin Ross for his moving reading, which touched all of our hearts. We would also like to acknowledge Doug Dobson, Theresa MacDonald and James Fitzgerald who were a tremendous and constant support during the days and weeks after Rick’s passing. Rick’s loss was genuinely felt by many and your compassion and support has made this difficult time bearable.
