ARSENAULT, LUC - Luc Arsenault, 17, of Cap-Pelé, passed away accidentally on Saturday, November 30th, 2013. Born May 14th, 1996, he was the loving son of Pierre “Pete” and Agathe (Haché) Arsenault. Luc had a passion for playing hockey as a goalie, loved moose hunting and trips abroad with his family. Besides his parents, he is survived by his little sister, Michèle-Josée at home; maternal grandparents, Alphonse and Josephine Haché of Cap-Bateau; eight aunts and uncles: Ann (Tony) El-Nemr of Shrewsbury, MA, Jacqueline (Jim) Cormier of Lamèque, QC, Pierrette (Fernand) Cormier of Shediac Bridge, Jean Bernard (Simonne) Haché of Le Goulet, Dina Haché (Larry McIntyre) of Charlo, Aline Haché of Bathurst, Jean-Marie Haché (Manon Cussion of Joliette and Gilles (Anne Domigne) Haché Sherbrooke, QC; 13 cousins: Badih, Fouad, Amiranour, Zacharie, Benjamin, Mathieu, Dean, Keith, Jessie, Lisa, Jérémie, Camille and Lily-Ann; as well as his special friends: Marthine Leger, Michel Jacob, Frederic and Patrick. He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Irénée and Irène Arsenault.
The family will receive condolences Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila R.C. Church, 2648, Acadie Rd, Cap-Pelé, where the funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013 at 3 p.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
