HARRIS, EDWARD JESSE - At the Grand Falls General Hospital, December 8, 2013, Mr. Edward Jesse Harris of New Denmark passed away at the age of 82 years. Born at Maidstone, England in 1931, he was the son of the late Herbert George and Beatrice Winifred (Bryant) Harris. Mr. Harris was a veteran of the Korean War and came to Canada in the 1950's. He settled in Ontario and later moved to New Brunswick. He had resided in New Denmark for the past several years where he made friends.
A service of remembrance will be held at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls on Wednesday evening, December 18th at 7 p.m. with Rev. Kent Greer of the Anglican Church officiating. Interment will be at a later date in St. Ansgar's Anglican Cemetery of New Denmark. Arrangements are by O'Regan's Funeral Home Ltd. www.oregans.ca
