We, the family of the late Betty Kearney, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to friends and family for their kindness and support during Mom's illness and her passing. Words cannot truly express our gratitude to all those who helped us celebrate her life. To the “Golden Girls," your continued friendship, support, and loyalty throughout her illness was inspiring, and we realize how fortunate she was to have such an amazing group of friends. To our aunt, Joan, we are so grateful for the time you were able to spend with Mom and for the support you gave the rest of the family. To the VON and palliative care staff, we thank you for your kindness and compassion. To those who brought gifts of food, mass dedications, charitable donations, or gifts of their time to visit, we thank you. To Fr. Ray Huntley, thank you for your words of comfort; to the choir, thank you so much for your gift of music; to the staff of Lawton’s Drugs in New Waterford, thank you for your kindness and service that went beyond what we could have expected; to the medical staff at the New Waterford emergency room department, we truly appreciate the kindness and care you gave Mom. To Basil McGillivray and the staff of McGillivray Funeral home, we thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and support during such a difficult time of loss. We are truly fortunate to be surrounded by such great friends and family.
