SIMPSON, FRED L. - Fred L. Simpson, 75, of Pine Glen, with loving family members at his side, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, December 19, 2013. Born in Lutes Mountain, he was the son of the late Fred J. and Ida M. (Horsman) Simpson. Fred was a retired truck driver with HE Carson & Sons and enjoyed cutting wood and working on cars. Fred will be sadly missed by the mother of his children, Phyllis (Wilson) Simpson; loving daughters, Wendy Simpson (Mike Connors), Joan Dupuis (Earl), Betty Cole (Terry) and Tracy Bishop (Edgar Jr.); Eldest grandson, Nicholas Simpson; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two daughters, Karen and Sheila Blakney; two brothers and one sister.
