It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roger Parsons announce his passing on Thursday, December 19th, 2013 at his family residence in Trout River at the age of 65. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 40 years Rowena, Children: Fredrick (Lisa) Parsons and Keith (Viola) Parsons both of Trout River, grandchildren: Tanisha, Tristan, brothers: Fredrick Parsons (Stephenville), Terry (Barb) Parsons; Norris Point, sisters in law: Margaret Parsons; Woody Point, Florence Parsons; Woody Point, Barb Currie; Nova Scotia and Joy (George) Crocker; Trout River, nephew Kerry (Veronique) Crocker and great nephew Xavier - Loic and great niece Felicity as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Fredrick and Mahalla Parsons, brothers George and Nelson Parsons, sister Dorothy Parsons, mother and father in law Florence and Alexander Snook and brother in law Gary Snook. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit the United Church in Trout River on Saturday, December 21st from 7-9PM from where the memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd at 2PM with Rev.
