At Perrin’s Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, on Sunday, October 12, 2008, of Roy Mountain, formerly of Darnley, aged 91 years. Veteran of the Second World War. Born in Spring Valley, August 12, 1917, the last surviving member of the late Howard and Ethel (Gamble) Mountain family. He is survived by numerous cousins. Predeceased by his sister Bernice Silliker and brothers Harry, Ernest, Horace and Chester Mountain. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, where comrades of Lt. Col. E.W. Johnstone Branch # 9 Kensington Royal Canadian Legion will hold a service of remembrance Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., followed by visitation from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Thursday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in People’s Cemetery, Malpeque.
