The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, December 23, 2013, of Robert Joseph Arsenault of Summerside, aged 78 years. Robert was born on June 13, 1935, in Mont-Carmel, to his late parents Tilmon and Aldona Arsenault. Beloved husband of the late Brenda (nee Ross) Arsenault and loving father of Marcel, Randy and Daniel Arsenault. Also lovingly remembered by his 4 grandchildren Christopher, Brandon, Mason and Milenna and several nieces and nephews. Survived by his following brothers and sisters: Zelda Shepherd of Hamilton, ON., Leonce (Paula) of Gatineau, QC., Urban (Noreen) of Summerside, Agnes Mailette (Yvon) of Moncton, N.B., Clair (Shirley) of Stratford, Paul (Helen) of Cornwall, Raymond (Sandra) of Summerside, and Mariette Bonville (Yvon) of Gatineau, QC. Besides his parents and wife, Robert was predeceased by brothers Nazaire (Emma), Rene and infant sister Theresa. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Saturday, Dec. 28, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for a funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to take place in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Wellington, at a later date.
