MAUREEN BRIGGS
We, the family of the late Maureen Briggs, would like to extend our sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to our relatives, friends, neighbours and to all for their support during this difficult time. Our sincere thanks to all who sent flowers, sympathy cards, mass cards, memorials, monetary donations in Mom's memory and all who sent online condolences. We would like to thank all who brought food to our home, especially to Margaret McLeod and Carol Pendergast for the many meals they have prepared for us and keeping us well fed, Mom would be very proud. Thank you to Fr. Peter MacLeod and the St. Joseph's choir for Mom's funeral service and to the ladies of the CWL for the lovely reception at the Bras d'Or Hall following the service. We thank readers Margaret "Bubs" MacLeod and Miranda Tremblett, pallbearers Terry Hendrix, Sean Pendergast, Dave Fader, Travis MacLeod, Ryan Pendergast and Joe MacFarlane. We thank the nurses of 5 East at the Northside General Hospital for the care you provided to our Mom during her brief time in your care and to Jim Tobin and staff at Francis Funeral Home for their professionalism and guidance.
