REID, AMELIA - Amelia Lauren Reid passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on January 8, 2014, three days after her birth. During her time with us she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Her life was a brief gift that will live on through her organ donation and our memories. Amelia is the daughter of Stephany Anne Reid and Christopher Keith Cormier and is survived by one sibling, Marcus Christopher Reid. Her paternal grandparents are Denise and Paul Murphy; her maternal grandparents are Marguerite and Neil Reid. Amelia’s paternal great grandparents are Clemence and Adelard Cormier; and maternal great grandparents are Goldie and Earl Chisholm. Other family members include her aunts and uncles: Denny Cormier, Sandra Reid, and Sarah and Michael Dixson. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held for friends and family at Fair Haven Funeral Home, on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Donations in Amelia’s memory can be made to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) through The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation or The Ronald MacDonald House Charities.
