WELTON, J. RUTH - It is with great sadness that the Family announce the death of J. Ruth Welton in her 90th year at the Chalmers Regional Hospital on January 23, 2014. Ruth was born in Beersville, Kent Co. She was the daughter of the late Rankin and Berniece (Pride) Dunn. Spending most of her life in Minto, she was the wife of the late Gordon M. Welton. Survived by three daughters, Marilyn Pairsee (Allan) of Calgary, Marcia Quinlan (Charlie) of Oromocto and Rona Erickson of Minto. Five Grandchildren, Charles Cunningham, Tanya Thomsen (Warren) of Calgary. Michael Welton (Lisa), Troy Quinlan of Fredericton, Natasha Erickson (Gregg) of Quebec. Three Great Grandchildren, Jennifer Thomsen and Cristopher Kemp of Calgary and Gordie Welton of Fredericton. One Great Great Granddaughter Taya Thomsen of Calgary. Two sisters, Mary Long of Hampton and Marguerite Harding of Toronto. Several nieces and nephews, some of which were very special to her. Ruth was predeceased by her parents, her husband Gordon M. Welton, sister Mae Brandscombe and brother Charles Dunn.
At Ruth’s request there will be no visitation or service. Interment will take place in the Full Gospel Pentecostal Cemetery at a later date.
