(Jan. 27, 1946 - Jan. 29. 2014) Formerly of Trepassey It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our dear mother and friend on Wednesday January 29, 2014 at St. Clares Mercy Hospital, St. John's. Surrounded by her devoted family, she leaves to mourn four children; Jackie (Cliff), Wayne (special friend Todd), Connie (Les) and Joanne (Scott), five grand children; Stacey (Justin), Bailie, William, Rachel and Albert, one great grandchild; Mia, brother Patrick and a huge circle of family and friends, especially those at Pearl House in Mount Pearl. Predeceased by her son Fabian, parents Phillip and Blanche Hynes, St. Bernards, brothers Steve, and Sam, sisters Lucy, Elizabeth, Phyllis and Hilda. Resting at Barretts Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Saturday from 6-9 p.m. for family only, and on Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. for public visitation. Funeral mass to take place Monday February 3, 10:30 at St. Peter's Parish, 110 Ashford Dr., Mount Pearl. Cremation to follow with private internment in Trepassey.
