It is with great sadness that the family of the late CLYDE HODDER of St. Bernard’s announces his passing at the Caribou Memorial Veteran’s Pavilion in St. John’s, on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at the age of 86. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: Sons – Frank (Bertha) of St. Bernard’s, Viola Hynes (John) of Fort MacMurray, AB, Jessica Ryan (Leo) of Cornwall, ON, Carmel Hodder (Ed) of Witless Bay, Hazel Reid (Darrell) of Fort MacMurray, AB, Tony (Kelly) of Brinston, ON and Wally of Paradise; Grandchildren - Melissa Lee, Sheryail Banfield, Justin Hodder, Courteney Abbott, Adam Hodder, Kendra Hodder, Kendall Hodder, Sinead Ryan, Alexandra Hodder, Ryan Hodder and Ashlynn Hodder; Great-Grandchildren – Riley Banfield, Noah Banfield, Taylor Lee, Ava Lee, Luke Abbott,
Edward Hodder, Malcolm Hodder and Nathan Hodder; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his Wife - Phyllis.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place on Monday, February 3, at 10:30 a.m. Interment followed at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in St. Bernard’s. In Clyde’s memory donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation or flowers gratefully accepted.
