Passed away at Blue Crest Nursing Home Grand Bank on Saturday, December 28,2013 Abigail Elaine Piercy age 78 years. Predeceased by mother Ena Pike Dunford, father Raymond Pike, step father Maxwell Dunford & daughter in law Sharyn Power-Piercy. Leaving to mourn with loving memories of her smiling face and fun times daughter Joanne (Jim) king, of Grand Bank, & son Jim (Margaret) Piercy, of Mount Pearl. Their father Harold (Bonnie) Piercy, sister Judy (Bruce) Buffett. Her favorite and only granddaughter Raelle (Mark) King, five grandsons; Steven (Kelyn) King, David (Shauna) King, Matthew (Nahed) Piercy, Mark (Sandra) Piercy, Michael (Susan) Piercy. Great grandchildren Grace & Ivy King, Taylor & Reid Piercy. Step grandchildren Ricky & Jessie Greenwood, Julie Myers, & Quentin Gismondi. Nieces Jeanne (John) Brookbank, Shelly Buffett & Families. A small loving extended family,& a huge circle of friends including " The Crazy Hat Ladies", long time buddies Karen Hickman, Phyllis Angel, Dorothy Acreman, & Pam Roberts. Companion and special friend to the end Viola Maria Hoddinott. Memorial service was conducted by Rev. Rick Marsh on Saturday February 1st at 11:00am. from the Grand Bank United Church.
