Doucette, David Allan - 44 of Dartmouth, formerly of Berwick, passed away Sunday February 2, 2014 in Halifax. Born in Berwick, he was the son of Esther (Bernie) Webster and Allan (Janet) Doucette. He enjoyed travelling on his Harley. He loved adventure. David will be remembered as a gentle giant who was kind hearted and always ready with a smile. David was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed but never forgotten. Besides his parents, David is survived by his sister, Lisa (Craig) Landsburg; special nieces, Cassandra and Alexa Landsburg, all of Berwick; maternal grandmother, Mabel Walsh, Waterville; girlfriend, Nicole Balcolm, Cole Harbour; several aunts, uncles and cousins. David was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Chester Walsh; paternal grandparents, Albany and Leona Doucette. There will be no visitation or funeral service as per David's wishes. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick (902-538-9900).
