The death occurred peacefully at Beach Grove Home, surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, of Mr. William (Willie) Kelly, formerly of Tracadie Cross, age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Baird) Kelly; and dear father of Martin (Mary) Kelly, Sr. Rita Kelly CSM, Theresa (Ambrose) Malone, and Francis (Sharon) Kelly. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Marty (Sue) Kelly, Krista Dawn (Jeff) Newson, Julie (Trevor) Trainor, Cory Malone, Tammy (Jason) Robertson, Sharlene, Coralee and Melissa Kelly; his great-grandchildren, Darcie, Charley, Nevin and Grace; and numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:30 Saturday morning, then transferred to St. Bonaventure’s Church, Tracadie, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the family plot at the parish cemetery. If so desired, contributions in Willie’s memory may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation or St. Bonaventure Cemetery Fund.
