Lourdes

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Venesia Benoit announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Monday, February 10th 2014 at the age of 75 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Joey; her two sons: Byron (Adrienne) in Stephenville, Ricky (Krista) in Lourdes; her two daughters: Patricia (Terry) in Stephenville, Gail (Sheldon) in Lourdes. Also leaving to mourn are her six grandchildren: Caleb, C.J., Kaden, Kierra, Jagher, Noah; her brothers: Steven (Lillian) Hinks in Lourdes, Ivan (Joyce) Dennis, Three Rock Cove; her sisters: Lorraine Young, Evelyn (John) Rioux, Marie Young, all in Lourdes, Patricia Gardiner in Delaware, USA, Marguerite (Burtley) Besaw in Nova Scotia; her ­sister-in-law, Gerona Hinks in Lourdes and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers: Aloysius and Roddie; sisters: Ursula and Nora. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 12th 2014 from Our Lady Of Lourdes Parish in Lourdes from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., from where the funeral will take place on Thursday, February 13th 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Friends may sign the online guest book by visiting our website at www.russellsfuneralhome.ca
