David Lloyd Boutcher
In loving memory of
DAVID LLOYD BOUTCHER
and the crew who lost their lives in the Ocean Ranger Disaster February 15, 1982.
The years go by so quickly,
But the memories still remain,
As we recall the diaster,
Which left us with grief and pain.
We think of you so often,
Wishing you were here,
But God had other plans for you,
When He took you in His care.
Loved and remembered by Mom and Family.
REMEMBERING...
THE OCEAN RANGER
The years have passed
since the crash of the wave,
Which sent all eighty-four men
to their tragic grave,
We remember the storm,
The news that changed lives,
Leaving behind families,
love ones and wives.
Memories today
still fresh in our mind,
Only twenty-two bodies
did they find,
Wasn’t a chance
for a proper good-bye,
The sea had spoken
we never knew why?
Waves were high, winds they blew,
As the sea took away all 84 crew,
Gone but not forgotten,
just taken away,
Remember their smiles
on this very day,
Pain thru the years
has not gone away,
Never to heal from that tragic day,
Pause for a moment,
pray for their souls,
Remember the “Ocean Ranger”,
and all that it holds.
REST IN PEACE
