WESTVILLE - Linda “Lynn” Joyce (MacNaughton) Chalker, 63, of Munro Street, Westville, passed away Monday, February 10, 2014 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in New Glasgow on June 29, 1950, she is a daughter of Lew MacNaughton, Westville and the late Joyce (Daley) MacNaughton.

Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, were the world to her. We hope you remember Mom for her quick wit, never being without a quick comeback and her world class cooking.

She will be sadly missed by her father, Lew; husband of 44 years, William “Bill”; daughters, Kari MacNaughton (Danny McInnis), Braeshore; Stacy Joudrey (Steve), Westville; Amiee Gosbee (Wayne), Houston, TX.; Angela Graham (Gordon), Truro; grandchildren, Tyler and Riley; Andrew and Kourtnee; Kelsee; Nathan, Tanner and Kynslee; great-granddaughter Selena; sisters and brothers, Lou Anne MacNaughton, Westville; Carol MacLean (Doug). Westville; Robbie MacNaughton (Bonnie Scott), Westville; Wendy MacLean (Bill), Salt Springs; Judy DeCoste (Joe), Green Hill; Kathy MacNaughton (David Fraser), Westville; Kelly MacNaughton (Mike Wilson), Fox Brook, and Michael MacNaughton (Marlene), Westville; mother-in-law, Evelyn Chalker; brothers and sister-in-law Maureen, Allan, and Kevin Chalker.

She was predeceased by great-grandchild Madison.

Lynn is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Her funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday from St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, New Glasgow with Father Peter MacDonald officiating.
