MOFFITT, STANLEY L. - Stanley L. Moffitt of Harvey Station, NB passed away February 14, 2014 at Wauklehegan Manor in McAdam, N.B. Stanley was born at Harvey Station in 1930, a son of the late John W. and Ella M. (Manzer) Moffitt. He is survived by his wife, Margaret (Vaughan) Moffitt; two sons, Sean W. Moffitt (Rhonda), Kitchener, ON and Stanley C. Moffitt, St. Catherines, ON; three grandchildren, Travis, Paige and Owen; two sisters, Harriet Garrett and Edith Lowery (Rev. Basil); a brother Earl Moffitt and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Stanley was predeceased by siblings, Isabelle, Ray, Vesta, Robert, James and Alvin (Banty).
Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3, Harvey Station, N.B on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the funeral chapel on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. with Father Matthew Onwugigbo officiating. A reception will follow. Interment will be at a late date at Cork Cemetery.
