LEBLANC, M. VIRGINIA “REGINA” - M. Virginia "Regina" LeBlanc, 91, of Villa du Repos, Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, February 16, 2014. Born in Chatham, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Ellen (Robichaud) Robichaud. Regina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She attended Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Roman Catholic Church. Regina will be sadly missed by her loving children, Patrice LeBlanc (Barbara) of Ottawa, ON, CarmelMacIntyre (John), Irene Holmes (Robert) and Shirley LeBlanc, all of Moncton; precious grandchildren, Mark, Jason, Jonathan, Melissa, Jillian, Chantel, Michelle Lee, Troy and great grandchildren, Jensen, Hannah, Melia, Thomas, Calleb, Hugo, Olivia, Jordan, Tanner, Benomino, Luca, Nate, Patrick, Ryan and Megan; sisters, Alice Kanasavich (Maurice) of Dartmouth, NS and Margaret Little of Goderich, ON; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents, Regina was predeceased by her husband, Medric J. LeBlanc (February 1997); daughter, Rena LeBlanc (October 2000); one brother, Ernest; two sisters, Catherine Savoie and Emma Roy.
In honoring Regina's request, there will be no public visitation hours. Private family service to be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) with Rev. Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be held in the spring at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery with a family graveside service.
