Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 Geraldine Marie Kavanagh age 76 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Vincent, on Feb 18,2000 and her son-in-law Rich Thorne Aug. 23,2009. Leaving to mourn her seven sons Paul (Joanne), Torbay, Cecil (Bernice), Flatrock, Joe (Debra) Flatrock, Chris (Sandra), Flatrock, Anthony (Connie), Cambridge, Ont., Eddy, Flatrock, Dean (Jeanette), Flatrock; four daughters Joan, Torbay, Yvonne (Kevin Ricketts), Bauline, Geraldine (Kenneth Rodgers), Torbay and Diane (Peter Maher) , Flatrock also 23 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and one sister Mary Butler, Torbay also leaving to mourn many nieces and nephews and special friend and caregiver Colleen Shea and all the staff and patients at the Waterford Hospital Dialysis Unit. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay on Thursday from 7 pm- 9 pm and Friday from 10 am- 9 pm. Funeral mass of Christian burial to take place on Saturday, February 22, 2014 from St. Michael's Church, Flat Rock at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow in St Michael's Cemetery, Flat Rock.
