Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on February 21, 2014, Gerard Francis Evans age 65 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Linda Evans; parents Elizabeth and Fred Evans; brother Fred Evans Jr.; sister Bernice Dixon. Leaving to mourn are his children: Tammy (Bob), Gerard Jr., Tracy Crotts, and Robert Spurrell; sisters: Shirley (Nick), Mercedes (Geoff), and Ruth (Greg); brother-in-law Steward Dixon; several grandchildren, also a large circle of other family and friends. Cremation had taken place. Funeral service will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday February 25, 2014 at 2 pm with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
