Passed away peacefully, completing her life's journey, at the Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, Sylvia LeGrow (nee Lidstone), age 73; formally of Winterton, Trinity Bay. Predeceased by her parents N. Wilfred and Evelyn Lidstone and brother Wilfred Lidstone. Left with warm and wonderful memories; daughters: Darlene (son-in-law Michael) Matthews and Margaret Lidstone; Nanny's "special boys"-triplet grandsons: Albert, Benjamin, and Gavin Matthews; sister-in-law Daphne Lidstone; niece Wanda Lidstone; close family friend, Marie LeGrow and a large circle of friends. Many thanks to the dedicated staff of Glenbrook Lodge where compassion and care were a true blessing and will always be remembered. Visitation will be held at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday Feb. 25th from 11am-9pm. A celebration of Sylvia's life will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Wednesday Feb. 26th at 11am. Interment will take place at a later date.
