McCUE, WILLIAM "BILL" - At the Falls Villa (Grand Falls Manor), February 25, 2014, Mr. William "Bill" McCue of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 73 years. He was married to the former Gisele Castonguay. Born at Tilley in 1940, he was a son of the late Frederick H. and Kathleen (Morrissey) McCue. Bill worked as a Forest Ranger for 23 years and later transferred to the Department of the Environment for 13 years. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gisele, three children, Rev. Laura McCue of Sydney, NS, Dinah McCue (Neil) of Springhill, FL and Peter McCue (Stacey) of Grand Falls, four grandchildren, Kathryn, Jade, Aidan and Bethany McCue, grandcat, Sha (Laura's), three sisters and two brothers, Joan Marie McCue of Grand Falls, Sam McCue of Bath, Donna MacLeod (Frank) of St. Albert, AB, Patricia Poitras of Toronto and Frederick J. McCue (Jackie) of Grand Falls, as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. His funeral service will be held Friday, February 28th at 11 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with interment in the parish cemetery.
