Frances Bowlan
The death occurred in Camrose, Alberta, on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, of Frances Bowlan (nee Hennessey), age 85.
Born and raised in Charlottetown, Frances married Harold "Scotty" Bowlan in 1950 and they headed west to Edmonton, Alberta, in 1952. They lived in Edmonton until 1967 when they relocated to Camrose.
Frances is survived by her brothers, Michael Hennessey of Charlottetown and George Hennessey of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Catherine Hennessey; her husband, Harold "Scotty"; sister, Mary Macdonald; sisters-in-law, Aletha (Dolly) and Theresa; and brother-in-law, Ronan Macdonald.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27 at the Burgar Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, Camrose, with interment in the Camrose Cemetery.
