Passed peacefully away on Thursday, February 27th, 2014 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, Dorothy Helen Manning, aged 68 years. Predeceased by parents Clarence and Mary King (Langmead); sister, Phyllis Battcock. Leaving to mourn loving husband of 40 years, Cyril; daughters: Susan Williams (Terry) and Sandra; son Paul (Jen); grandson Jacob and expectant grand baby Manning; sister Gertie Leonard (Pat); brother Jake King (Sandra); brother-in-law James Battcock; sister Marie (Eric); very special and dear friend Sheila Thorne; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday March 2nd, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Cremation to follow. A Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel, inurnment to follow at the Columbarium, Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
