November 12, 1947-November 10, 2008 Sydney Mines/Inverness We regret to announce the passing of Coline Anne Taylor, 60, on November 10, 2008, at the Northside General Hospital. Born in Inverness, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Kate (MacIsaac) Young. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish in Sydney Mines. Coline was a graduate of the Normal Teacher’s College and taught in Inverness and Lower Sackville. She chose to take time to raise her three children before returning to the school system as a teacher’s assistant and finally retiring two years ago due to ill health. She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Taylor; sons, David (Lisa), Charlottetown, P.E.I.; Peter (Angie), Westville; daughter, Krista (Mike), Sydney Mines; grandchildren, Logan, Stuart and Hailey; and her god-child, Suzanne Taylor, Florence. She is also survived by her sister, Grace MacDonald, Inverness; mother-in-law, Rachel Taylor; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. She was predeceased by her father-in-law, John R. Taylor, and brother-in-law, John R. Taylor Jr. Visitation for Coline Taylor will be held in the J.M. Jobes Funeral Home, 635 Main St., Sydney Mines, on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 9-11 a.m. The funeral mass to celebrate her life will take place on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Convent Street, Sydney Mines, with Fr.
