Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, Marie T Power, age 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Norbert Power, son Dick Power, sister Mercedes Follett and darling granddaughter, Jennifer Marie Bruce. Leaving to mourn with many happy memories her family, Ros Farrell (John), Maureen Williams, Donna Martin(Bruce), Toni Bruce (Pat), Shelly Power, Charlie Follett (Julie),daughter-in-law Cynthia Daley, brother Tom Walsh (Alice), 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren as well as a large circle of family and friends also including Danny Williams, Bill Yetman. Marie Power, the heart and soul of a large loving family. She possessed the unique qualities of amazing strength to overcome any adversity, complimented by a loving gentle warm touch. Her devotion to her children; grandchildren and great- grandchildren was unwavering and she always radiated in their presence. The family extends a special thanks to: Dr. V. Patel, Dr. K. Patel, and Dr. A. Coleman and the special care given by Dr. Paul Young and the nursing staff at 7 West St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd, visiting will take place on Monday, March 3rd, 2-4pm & 7-9pm and Tuesday March 4th, 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian burial to take place at St.Teresa's Church Mundy Pond Rd, Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 2 p.m. with internment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
