Passed away suddenly at St. Mary's Hospital in Sechelt. Jim is survived by his beloved wife Jean of more than 55 years. He also leaves behind his sister Donna Allen and many nieces and nephews. Jim, after retiring from a long and successful career working on the Vancouver waterfront built a home with Jean in Sechelt and moved from Burnaby in 1992. Jim enjoyed travelling, visits with his many friends and daily walks along the beach. He was loved by his friends and relatives for his kind heart and gentle nature.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the B.C. Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
