The death occurred suddenly at his residence in Chepstow on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 of Joey (Syl) MacDonald, beloved husband of Tillie (nee MacPhee), age 84 years.
Loving father of Blair (Roxanne), Brenda Chisholm (Scott), Byron (Charline), Arlie (Mary Ann), Ivan (Diane), Sandra O'Connor (Steve), Jacqueline Aitken (Donnie), Karen Campbell (Allan) and daughter-in-law Elaine. Sadly missed by 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Survived by sister, Mildred Campbell.
Predeceased by sons, George and Garnet; brother, Elmer; and sisters, Marguerite, Alice and Helen.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday morning, March 10, 2014 from 9:30 until funeral time. Funeral to be held on Monday morning to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
