November 9, 1928 – February 27, 2014
After a long struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease, Anna passed away in Sechelt on February 27th. Born in Victoria, Anna lived in Burnaby, North Vancouver and on the Sunshine Coast since 1987. Anna was a dedicated volunteer active in the Girl Guides, Catholic Women’s League, Holy Family Church and the local Liberal Party Association.
Anna leaves her husband of 61 years, Robert Leduc, six children, Jeannette, Suzanne, Marie, Paul, Eugene and Yvonne, and five grandchildren.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the many people who helped to make Anna’s final years as comfortable as possible — the caregivers and nurses at Shorncliffe, Dr. Wildgrube, and Anna’s friends from the CWL. A special thanks to Fran and Jana for their loving dedication and care.
A funeral mass was held on March 4 in Sechelt.
