Margaret Elizabeth (Bezanson) Brown, aged 91 of Berwick, passed away Tuesday March 11, 2014 in the Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in New Germany, she was the daughter of the late John Bezanson and Carrie Crouse. Margaret is survived by step-children, Lorraine and Diane as well as Cousins, Gerald and Frank. Marg held a variety of positions throughout her lifetime. She worked at the RBC, Berwick, and the Berwick bakery until she moved to Toronto to work in an office. From there she moved to Northern Ontario where she worked for a mining company for ten years. She then moved to Montreal where she worked at the Children’s hospital. While there she met her husband, Archibald. Marg and Archy settled in Sutton, Quebec, where they lived until Archy’s death. Marg then returned to Nova Scotia where she met her dancing partner and friend, Lawrence Cunningham, and was accepted into the Cunningham family, who were very special to her. Over the last ten years Marg enjoyed day trips to the shore and various locations across the Valley, with her special friend Diane Jones. Cremation has taken place, keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or Funeral Service. Burial will take place at a later date. Thank you to the Ross Unit of Grand View Manor for their care given to Marg. Donations in memory may be made to the Grand View Manor Activity Unit.
