Mary E. Moore-Funeral
The funeral of the late Mary E. Moore of Taylor Street took place on February 28th at 11 o'clock a.m. from Holy Redeemer Church. Funeral mass was said by Father Paul Murphy. Gaelic hymns were sung by Mae's relatives. Burial took place in Resurrection Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Eric Sewell, Dave Chaisson, Joe Fraser, Paul Aucoin, Bob McCarron and Ian MacDonald, sons-in-law of the deceased.
CARD OF THANKS
We, the family of the late Mary Moore, would like to express our very sincere thanks to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who assisted us during the loss of our dear mother. To all who visited, phoned, sent cards and flowers, made charitable donations, and to all who brought food to our home-thank you. Many thanks, to Father Murphy, The Holy Redeemer Choir, and the Gillis family for the lovely music. To Mae’s nephew Jimmy NacNeil, thanks for the heartfelt delivery of the eulogy. To Bill Laurie & staff of the Pier Community Funeral Home- our greatest appreciation for your kindness and service. Greatest appreciation to the staff of 3B for their constant kindness and care for our mother over the past few months.
