Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care, St. John's, on March 23, 2014 Doreen Margaret (Duke) Butt, age 55 wife of David and mother of Kelsey & Nikita of Labrador City, formerly of Fox Harbor, Placentia. Predeceased by her father Anthony Duke. She leaves to mourn husband David, daughters Kelsey & Nikita, her mother Mary Duke (Fox Harbor), brothers Michael (his daughter Leanne), Tony (Betty), Maurice (Glenys), Kenneth (Mary), Robert (AnnMarie), Walter, Dan & Randy, sisters Shirley (Kevin McConnell), Maureen (William Courtney, their daughter Tina (George) and son Billy (Crystal), & Carol Ann (David Murray), brother in laws George (Natalie), Harold (Karen) & Kenneth (Sandra), sister in laws Ann (Calvin Ash), Maxine(predeceased)(Maurice Slade) and Judy Dawe, 33 nieces and nephews, 27 great nieces and nephews, a large number of other relatives, and a large circle of friends in Lab West and NL. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia at a time to be given later. Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia with interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery at a time and date to be given later.
