It is with peaceful hearts we announce the passing of our Dad & Friend, Gilles (Gil) Robichaud Sr., age 78 years. Predeceased by his wife Phyllis (nee Aylward); parents: Aurel and Stella Robichaud. Leaving to mourn his children: Renée and Gil Jr. (Sabrina); grandchildren: Robbie and Heidi Dewling; siblings: Aurella (Maine) and Gayle (Ottawa), his nieces and nephews as well as many other relatives and friends. Thank you for being a part of his life. A special thank you to Dr. O'Shea whose professionalism and care for Dad was genuine and so very kind. To Sabrina Newell who took such great care of Dad during his last week - Thank you! Dad was comfortable and peaceful. There will be no visitation by request. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 12:00pm from Barrett's Chapel with Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
