HETHERINGTON, MARGERY - Margery Dean Perry Hetherington of Codys went to be with our Lord on Sunday, March 23, 2014. Wife of the late, Robert Hetherington (2001). She was the sixth of eight children for the late Dollie (Smith) and Beecher Perry. Margery touched many lives as a former teacher and Principal of Cambridge Elementary School for 28 years. Margery was a member of Codys Baptist Church as well as a life member of Codys WI. She leaves to mourn, her sisters, Gertrude MacDonald, of Quispamsis; Myrtle and Russell Dykeman of Sussex Corner; Brother George and Mary Perry of Codys, Sisters-in-law Grace Hetherington of Fredericton and Mary Hetherington of Codys; chosen grand-children Margery Bethany and Jeremy Kennedy (Brianna and Jackson Dean); Robert and Stephanie Crouch (Madison and Michael Robert), numerous precious nephews and nieces and their families; special friends, Vera Bent of Sussex and Winnie Crouch of Codys. Margery was predeceased by her husband, Robert Hetherington, Brothers Judson, Freeman, and Elisha; Sister Levolia, as well as their parents, several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home of Sussex 506-433-1176. By Margery’s request, there will be no formal visitation or funeral service. For those who wish, donations may be made in her memory to Codys Baptist Church or Codys WI.
