GAUTREAU, GISÈLE (1943 - 2014) - Haute-Aboujagane, NB – Gisèle Gautreau, 71, passed away peacefully at her residence, on Friday, March 28, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Haute-Aboujagane, NB on February 17, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Aubin and the late Eva (Léger) LeBlanc. Gisèle will be sadly missed by her husband, Paul Gautreau of Ste-Anne; her son, Jules Gautreau of Haute-Aboujagane; her daughter, Michelle Gautreau of Toronto, ON; her three brothers, Francis (Roselda) of Dieppe, Gérald (Edna) and Maurice both of Haute-Aboujagane; her six sisters, Claudette Gallant (Louis) of Beresford, Jeannita Vezeau (René) of Montreal, QC, Linda Poirier (Roger) of Ottawa, ON, Georgette Hébert (Hector), Louise LeBlanc (Zoël) and Norma LeBlanc (Paul-Émile) all of Haute-Aboujagane; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Léo (Rose) in 2007.
There will be no visitation and a private funeral service will be held at a later date.
