KING, Mary– Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, Mary King of Western Bay, age 88 years. Predeceased by parents Bridget and Patrick Hanlon, brothers Albert, Jim, Gary, Richard and Aiden. Leaving to mourn husband Lloyd; four daughters: Linda (William) King, ON, Betty (Albert) Puddester, Western Bay, Marilyn (Bernie) Judge, AB and Audrey (Ross) Slade, Western Bay; eleven grandchildren; George (Amanda), Gary, Darlene (Adrian), Tammy (Scott), Adam (Vickie), Jimmy (Tanya), Shawn (Heather), Jeremy, Samantha, Albert (Amy) and John Ross (Renee); ten great-grandchildren: Courtney, Takara, Hannah, Sarah, Jordan, Alexander, Aleah, Tanesha, Kaden and Kendra; brother-in-law ALexander King, Toronto, ON; sisters-in-law Eva King, Blackhead and Mary Hanlon, O’Donnells; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay after 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 19. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, December 21, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Western Bay South. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund.
