Surrounded by her loving family, Margaret Tilley (nee Reid) passed peacefully away on Saturday, March 15, in her 94th year. Left to mourn her best friend, life companion and devoted husband of 65 years William Tilley, sons: Gary (Verna), Wayne (Marilyn), Glen (Annette); grandchildren: Russell, Brendan, Kristen (Darrell), Michael (Jill) and their precious daughter Zoe; also Michael's mother Charlotte (Jim); sisters: Joan Reid (St. John's, Em Finley (Toronto), also large circle of relatives and cherished friends. Thank you to Renata and Jim Keats and their family for their kindness, also a special thank you to Dr. Mary Watson, the staff at Escasoni, the Miller Centre and St. Clare's for their care and support these past months. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Monday and Tuesday from 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. also on Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. from the Anglican Cathedral.
