KAVANAGH, .B.Sc., D.D.S., Dr. Robert Joseph — Formerly of Bell Island and Brookfield, N.L. Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on December 20, 2008, age 66 years. He will be deeply missed and forever lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 39 years, Vera (nee Blackwood), his son Benjamin and his daughter-in-law Shelley, his precious and beloved grandson Andrew (mother Marie Pond), his brother Benjamin (Ita), sister-in-law Mary Blackmore, special friends Dr. and Mrs. Yong Kee and Sukgue Jeon, Carl and Merelys Williams, Gerry and Billy Peters, Peggy and John Lee and a large circle of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Roger Butler, Dr. Alan Kwan and the caring nursing staff of 4NB HSC. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home on 328 Hamilton Avenue, Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at St. Teresa’s Parish, Mundy Pond Road at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road.
