NODDIN, CLARA LILLIAN – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Clara Lillian Noddin which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, April 24th, 2014. Born 1918, in Hartland, NB, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Lillian Noddin. Clara worked as a waitress for most of her life. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing, making table cloths, doilies, and dolls. Clara especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Clara is survived by her daughters Paulette Bingham of Kars, NB and Jean Mann of Gagetown, NB; son John Barrett of Ottawa, ON; son-in-law Norman Rose of Saint John; brother Allison Noddin of Victoria, BC; sister Grace Hartley of Victoria, BC; 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Clara was predeceased by her daughter Mary Rose.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). By family request there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private graveside service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens at a later date. Donations made to the John T.
