BROWNE, Albert William — Passed away suddenly but peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on December 19th, 2008, Albert William Browne, aged 67 years. Predeceased by his parents William and Bridget Browne. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Regina; daughters Colleen (Robin Kieley), Tracy (Darren Kieley), Calgary, Alberta; sons: Shawn (Tanya), Calgary, Alberta; Todd (Denise); eight cherished grandchildren: Rachel and Laura Kieley, Andrew and Ava Kieley, Samuel and Lillianna Browne, Morgan and Dawson Browne; two brothers: John (Shelia) and William (Meridith), Nova Scotia; and sister Patricia (Dave Finn); sisters-in-law: Nora Andrews and Esther O’Brien; brothers-in-law : Larry (Betty), Jerome (Helen) and Alban Ryan. Also special friends: Tom and Mary Cantwell as well as Joe Sinnott and Steve Glavine. Also leaving to mourn other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation will take place on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre.
