August 15, 1941- April 26, 2014 - It is with heavy hearts that our family announce the passing of a dear wife, mother and grandmother. Bernice Lee died peacefully on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Theresa Boyles as well as her brother Gerald. Bernice leaves to mourn, her husband, Winston; her children: Winston (Lori), Debbie (Gerry), and Cindy; grandchildren: Zachary, Kaitlyn, Sherri, Shane and Danielle; along with six great grandchildren; sisters: Doris (late Thomas), Audrey (Eric), Shirley (late Weldon) as well as sister in - law Margarie; and two very special friends Gerry and Mary Murphy; also leaving other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday April 29, 2014 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Goulds on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. George's Cemetery, Petty Harbour. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernice's memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Goulds or St. George's Anglican Cemetery Fund, Petty Harbour.
