It is with sadness the family of Mary Lucina Towers age 80 announce her passing on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Community Hospital O’Leary, PEI.
Born in St.Edwards, PEI, she was a daughter of the late Arnold and Agnes (Gallant) Ellsworth.
She is survived by sisters Velda (Ralph) Peters of Harrow, ON, Ethel (Late Claude) Kelly of Charlottetown, PEI; five brothers Richard (Shirley), Bradford, Harold (Bernetta) of St. Edwards, PEI, Moriqan (Peggy) of St. Louis, PEI, Wayne (Verna) of Bloomfield, PEI, and many nieces and nephews.
Lucina was predeceased by her husband Andrew, sisters Mary Ellsworth, Kathleen Butler and Eileen in infancy and brother Joseph Ellsworth.
Cremation has taken place.
There will be no visitation.
A funeral mass will be held Monday May 5, 2014 at 2pm at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church with Father Vernon Driscoll officiating.
Interment will take place in the St. Charles- Nativity Cemetery.
