The world has lost a legend … some would say a Roberts Creek icon.
Johnjohn (John) Morris passed away suddenly on April 27, 2014, while doing his winter thing in Thailand.
Born and raised in Leaside, Ontario, Johnjohn picked up his roots and moved West in the late 60s, settling on the Sunshine Coast in Roberts Creek, BC, where he has lived for nearly 40 years.
The community of Roberts Creek and his worldwide family will celebrate his life on Saturday May 17, 2014. Everyone is welcome to join us at 2pm at the Roberts Creek Legion to share stories and sing a song for JJ. 
This will be followed at 5pm by a procession to the beach and the spreading of ashes.
